What could be causing my 10 week old kitten to be coughing and sneezing?

I have had him since he was about 4 or 5 weeks old and now he has started sneezing and coughing. What could it be? I got him so young because he was an orphan kitten found in the woods. He has been healthy until yesterday. I am bringing him to the vet this week but I just was wandering if anyone had a rough idea of why all of a sudden this is happening and what it could be?

Thats more than likely an Upper Respiratory Infection. Alot of cats get that very easily especially the adopted ones at pounds. Yes he needs to get to a vet. Almost all the cats that Ive rescued has had it and it usually took 2-3 weeks to thouroghly get them better with antibiotics. Good Luck and I hope he gets better soon.
